I always wondered why my husband made the best scallops. He insists on purchasing dry-packed scallops. If he can’t find them dry-packed, we eat something else. For more information, see here:

    I completely agree about dry-packed scallops. It is the only way to go. I love the blog and will have to try out the plum cake.
