I purchased a 5 lb. bag of lemons at Costco yesterday so that I could replenish my one cup bags of lemon juice. I keep these ready in the freezer to quickly make a pitcher of lemonade with this recipe. Today I learned that 5 lbs. only makes about 4 cups of lemon juice. I’m looking forward to a healthy harvest in my orchard, or Gloria’s orchard. (Gloria lives right next door and has a better harvest than we have.)
